General Returns Policy

The Ebestpartds Lifetime Warranty

Ebestparts’ quality assurance initiatives include our famous lifetime warranty on ALL premium products – in addition to international and domestic inspection processes, ISO-certified testing procedures and a commitment towards further investment in raising quality standards industry-wide! Still, with delicate electronic components (and various shipping stages) – part defects are an unfortunate reality. Luckily, we’re here to take as much of the “headache” out of the returns process and be with you every part of the way.

Warranty Information

Lifetime warranty covers only manufacturer defects/workmanship, and does not include cracks or incidental damages

We do not accept returns with technician damage

Parts must be purchased from EBESTPARTS

If the part is broken in transit, we allow 3 business days to return

Upon return, parts are to be sent back in “like-new” condition (as feasible).

If the product is non-defective but returned (for any reason), a restocking fee may be applied:

0 – 30 days – NO restocking fee

31 – 90 days – 30% restocking fee

No returns accepted after 90 days, unless product is defective

Batteries

Warranty Information

6-month warranty on defective batteries

Batteries must be purchased from EBESTPARTS

If the battery is damaged in transit, we allow 3 business days to return

Upon return, parts are to be sent back in “like-new” condition (as feasible).

If the battery is non-defective but returned (for any reason), a restocking fee may be applied:

0 – 30 days – NO restocking fee

31 – 60 days – 20% restocking fee

61 – 90 days – 35% restocking fee

No returns accepted after 90 days, unless product is defective

Accessories and Tools

90-day warranty against manufacturer defects

Products must be purchased from EBESTPARTS

If the item is damaged in transit, return must be requested within 3 days of receiving

Upon return, parts are to be sent back in “like-new” condition (as feasible).

If the tool or accessory is non-defective but returned (for any reason), a restocking fee may be applied:

0 – 14 days – NO restocking fee

15 -30 days – 20% restocking fee

No returns accepted after 30 days, unless defective

Parts not from EBESTPARTS

Our Policy

Unfortunately, Ebestparts does not accept returns for products purchased elsewhere; these warranties will be denied and recycled after 7 days.

 

Product expectations

Ebestparts defines “like new” condition as a product that has minimal to no signs of wear. Intact packaging and protective wrapping should be included when shipped, to prevent damage.
